This Privacy Policy describes how and when TamisTeeDesigns ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about Etsy's privacy practices.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.

1. Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), including:

• Payment information (processed by Etsy, not directly by me)
• Details of the product you are ordering, including any personalization details

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on the following legal bases to collect, use, and share your information:

• Performance of a contract: to fulfill your order, resolve disputes, or provide customer support.

• Printify (print-on-demand fulfillment including production and shipping) – acting as a data processor under applicable data protection law. Printify uses its own shipping carriers to deliver orders.
• Legal compliance: where I have a good faith belief it is necessary to comply with laws, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in the event of a sale or merger, only to the extent permitted by law.

4. How Long I Store Your Information

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my services. Where legal retention obligations apply – in particular under German tax law – I retain relevant data for the legally required period.

In general, I keep your data for the following period: 10 years.

5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. Where transfers to the US occur, I rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of July 2023) and, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses as the legal basis for such transfers.
